Bryan Christopher Callen was born in 1967 in the Philippines. Bryan was raised by his single mother. When he got older he began acting in plays in order to earn extra money. He graduated from Morris High School in 1985, and then attended American University on a scholarship majoring in Drama.
In 1993, he made the decision to move to L.A. He began performing in comedy club where he was discovered by the producers of MadTV.
When MadTV debuted in 1995, Bryan was among the 8 original cast members. He was in 42 episodes from 1995 -1997.
After he began appearing on MadTV his acting career started to take off with roles in numerous television shows including Entourage, CSI, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, and Frasier. He got recurring roles in Fat Actress, 7th Heaven, and How I Met Your Mother.
He recently had an appearance in the blockbuster hit The Hangover as Eddie Palermo and he had a small role in The Goods: Live Hard Sell Hard.
His upcoming projects include Always, but not Forever (2009) and 40 Year Old Virgin That Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It (2010).
