Born in 1986, this Aussie actress and model got her start in the strangest of places. Working at a Cotton On outlet in the Rundle Mall, she was “discovered” and cast on the spot for a role in 2:37. Teresa was 20 and had absolutely no acting experience, and yet she found herself in the starring role of a movie.
Even without experience, Teresa shined on camera and found herself with constant work after her role in 2:37. That same year she was cast in the starring role of The Grudge 2, which was her debut into the American acting scene. The following year she increased her stardom even further by starring alongside Daniel Radcliffe in December Boys.
In 2008, she got her next big break, in a role Adam Sandler in the movie Bedtime Stories. She also took a starring role in the Aussie film Restraint.
The up and coming star was named as one of Australia’s 30 ‘Stars of Tomorrow’ and it is no wonder as she continues to build up the acting credits. In 2010, two of her movies are due to be released, Young Americans and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. She is also slated to be the star model of the new Aussie clothing line Just Jeans.
