Jensen Ackles has mostly done television work over the past few years. He started out working on Days of Our Lives as Eric Brady and then moved on to prime time television. He's had recurring roles in popular television shows such as Dawson's Creek and Smallville. He's also worked on some independent movies, such as Devour and Ten Inch Hero. More recently he has a starring role in the television series Supernatural, which is about two brothers hunting down the paranormal. He was also the lead in the remake of the horror movie My Bloody Valentine. I enjoy Jensen Ackles because he is more than just a pretty face, but is also actually a good actor. Being an actor myself, I know how hard it actually is to come across an actor who is not only photogenic but talented as well. Yes, he has the looks, but he also has the chops. In his various roles he has gone from comedic to dramatic, and done so convincingly. This fall, Jensen Ackles will again be returning to television for the fifth season of Supernatural, playing Dean Winchester. It is also rumored that he will be starring in the newest Resident Evil movie being released in 2010.
