Hannah Tointon

Hannah Tointon was born in 1987 in England. She trained at Vanda's Stage School which allowed her to appear in a number of semi-professional plays including The Demon Headmaster.

In 2000, she made her debut on the West End in Whistle Down the Wind as one of the child roles.

Her TV debut came in 2003 in the show Kerching! as Tamsin, a regular character on the show. This was followed by a recurring role on the series Dream Team in 2005 as Savannah Caskey.

In 2006 she appeared in 3 episodes of Genie in the House.

In 2007 she got her real big break when she was cast as Katy Fox on Hollyoats. But in 2008 it was announced that she was leaving the show to pursue other things. She said that it had always been her plan to only stay for a year.

Since Hollyoats she starred in The Children a horror film and in The Glass House which is set to release in 2010.
